Hope Grove is Habitat Greater Raleigh’s largest construction project since the organization's founding in 1985. Located along Creech Road in Garner, this 150-acre property will consist of over 400 mixed-income units. Hope Grove will feature a variety of housing options to accommodate different family sizes, incomes, and lifestyles. This includes our traditional single-family homes as well as townhomes and semi-attached townhomes.
Located near the intersection of Old Poole Road and New Hope Road in Southeast Raleigh, this 114-home neighborhood is a testament to our commitment to building strong, sustainable communities. Old Poole Place is our newest community and consists of 60 single-family homes and 54 townhomes.
We're excited to announce our expansion into Franklin County! We are still in the early stages of setting up operations and we will continue to share updates as opportunities come online! Please feel free to email us if you have any questions or are looking to connect at info@habitatraleigh.org

In Knightdale, we have embarked on the Flowers Place project, featuring 17 two-story single-family homes. These homes are designed to meet the needs of families while promoting community connectivity. Instead of driveways, we’ve incorporated an alleyway for communal parking, enhancing community interactions. All 17 homes are three-bedroom houses, providing ample space for families. The project includes a playground, a vital addition to this family-friendly neighborhood.
