As of Summer 2026, we are still in the early stages of setting up operations and we will continue to share updates as opportunities come online! Homeownership
If you have worked or lived in Johnston, Wake, or Franklin County for one year, you can apply for the program and are eligible for housing in all three counties as properties are available. While we don’t yet have housing opportunities in Franklin County, we do encourage you to go ahead and apply for our Homebuyer Program in Wake and Johnston County.

Volunteer
We do not currently have volunteer opportunities in Franklin County. However, you are still welcome to sign up for any available slots in Wake and Johnston counties or email our Director of Community and Volunteer Engagement, Christin Murphy at christin.murphy@habitatraleigh.org.
Home Preservation
Home Preservation services are not yet available; however, we are keeping track of inquiries and plan to reconnect with our wait list as soon as possible. Please email our Home Preservation Manger, Robin Bruce, at robin.bruce@habitatraleigh.org to connect to the program.
