The following message was delivered by Kai at her Home Dedication, July 2026.
Good afternoon, everyone.
I want to begin by saying thank you for being here today. Your presence means more to me than you know.
Today isn’t just about dedicating a house—it’s about celebrating God’s faithfulness. There were moments when owning a home felt like a distant dream, but God continued to make a way, opening doors that I couldn’t open myself. This home is a reminder that His timing is perfect, His promises are true, and He is always faithful.
I also want to express my deepest gratitude to Habitat for Humanity. They didn’t just help me purchase a home—they gave my family an opportunity to build a foundation for generations to come. Their mission changes lives, and I am incredibly thankful to everyone who played a part in making this possible.
To my family and friends, thank you for your prayers, encouragement, love, and support throughout this journey. Some of you built with me, celebrated with me, some of you encouraged me when I was discouraged, and many of you reminded me to keep trusting God. I could not have reached this moment without the people He placed in my life.
To my mom, although you aren’t here with us physically, I carry your spirit, your wisdom, and your love inside of me every single day. I know you continue to watch over me, and I believe you’re celebrating every milestone of my life right along with me. I know I’ve made you proud. Your legacy lives on in me, and this home is part of that legacy.
To my children, this home is more than a place to live — it’s a foundation for your future. My prayer is that you continue the legacy. I believe that not only will you own homes, but you will own land and businesses. I pray that God enlarges your territory, blesses the work of your hands, and uses you to inspire, encourage, and uplift those around you for generations to come. Never stop dreaming, never stop believing, and always remember that with God, all things are possible.
Our home will always be filled with God’s presence, His peace, His love, and His joy. I pray that everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed, encouraged, and loved. May this be a place where memories are made, laughter is shared, prayers are answered, and lives are blessed.
