Habitat Greater Raleigh welcomes three new members to the 2026-27 Board of Directors

Habitat for Humanity Greater Raleigh is pleased to announce the election of three new members to our Board of Directors. Please join us in welcoming James Bailey (Lee & Associates), Bose Bratton (Wake Stone Property Company) and Dawn Dillon (Young Moore & Henderson).
 

James Bailey
Vice President & Principal, Lee & Associates | Raleigh, NC

James BaileyJames graduated from Elon University in 2010 before earning his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2014. Following law school, he practiced law in Winston-Salem for several years before relocating to Raleigh in 2018. Since moving to Raleigh, James transitioned from practicing law into commercial real estate and currently serves as a Vice President and Principal at Lee & Associates.

Outside of his professional career, James is actively involved in the local community alongside his wife, Perry, and their three boys. He is heavily involved with Wake Forest University alumni engagement efforts in Raleigh and through the Wake Forest University School of Law.

James is passionate about serving organizations that create meaningful impact and is excited for the opportunity to support Habitat for Humanity’s mission of strengthening communities through affordable housing and homeownership. 
 

Bose Bratton 
President, Wake Stone Property Company | Raleigh, NC

Bose BrattonBose Bratton is President of Wake Stone Property Company, a turnkey real estate firm founded in 2021 that specializes in development, management, and investment throughout the markets served by Wake Stone Corporation for more than 50 years.

Bose has been actively involved with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Raleigh through hands on volunteering, facilitating corporate contributions, and coordinating participation from members of Christ Church Raleigh. He is also a member of Habitat Greater Raleigh’s Evergreen Fund campaign. Bose lives in Raleigh with his wife, Katie, and their two children, Bose and Millie. In addition to his support of Habitat, he serves on the Christ Church Vestry and enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.
 

Dawn Dillon
Young Moore and Henderson PA | Raleigh, NC

Dawn DillonDawn Dillon is an attorney who works with employers in the employment and workers’ compensation spaces. In this role, she regularly provides guidance to employers on policy, process, risk assessment, and strategic employment decisions.

Additionally, Dawn serves as the first female managing partner of her law firm, Young Moore and Henderson PA, in Raleigh, NC, where she has practiced for 30 years.

Dawn received her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia with double majors in Philosophy and History. She then received her JD from Wake Forest University School of Law and clerked at the North Carolina Court of Appeals before beginning her career in private practice.

Dawn is a former Chair of ALFA International’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group and a Past President of the Board of Directors of the Alice Aycock Poe Center for Health Education.
